We
opened our doors on May 4th, 1983, a date chosen to honor the birthday
of our eldest child. For the last 27 years, with the support of my
husband, children and sisters, Rosita’s Bakery has brought beautiful,
delicious cakes to thousands of households across the San Francisco
Bay Area. We’re happy to provide cakes to celebrate special
moments. I’m proud to be a role model for aspiring Latina entrepreneurs.
I’m a firm believer that Latinas have an immense potential to
achieve their dreams. This, and the motivation to succeed, has driven
the Bakery to flourish over the years. Each cake is handmade with
authentic recipes handed down from generations. We use fresh ingredients
to bring you the most delicious, moist cake you can find in any panaderia.
